6.	Data Entry Operators for HMIS/MCTS under Mission Flexi Pool	Written & Practical Test will be held on 16^th February 2012. Eligible candidates are requested to report for Written & Practical Test on 16^th February 2012 at 9.15 am in the office of Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission, CHC, Sector-22, Chandigarh, U.T. Eligible Candidates shall also bring their original certificates

In case of any clarification /request for review apply personally in the O/o NRHM, U.T on 13^th February 2012 between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm only. After that no request will be entertained.

Note: NO SEPARATE CALL LETTERS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE INTERVIEW/ WRITTEN & PRACTICAL TEST.
